10/24  7pm  (Come check out the Vampire Film Festival Float)  Created by New Orleans' own Blaine Kern, Sr., the Krewe of Boo is one of a kind. Unlike other parades, this one has a charitable cause - to benefit the First Responder's  Fund of New Orleans. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Literary Legends Halloween Bash

Come dressed as your favorite literary character for a chance to win wicked prizes in the costume contest, and dance until your limbs fall off to the sounds of Flowtribe. With spooky poetry readings by Chuck Perkins and Laura Miller.
